Exercise boredom – ugh!
PCOS can be really cruel when it comes to losing weight. It is so hard – you work at it and the scale almost laughs as it shows you that all your work was for nothing! I used to try for so long and then just give up – I mean, why bother, right?
I am trying to stick with it this time – regardless of the cackling of the scale.
The last (and only) time I lost weight, I was in college. I was on the go all the time – at work or school, so that might have had some bearing, but I also used to read my textbooks at the gym on the stationary bike. I used to do it for an hour – that’s all. So I’m trying to start with 1 hour of exercise a day. I’ve been reading on the treadmill – let’s just hope I can find plenty of interesting material!
Exercise is boring!
